Recruitment Options

Casual recruitment enables you to access our service and to book staff only as you require. Our sophisticated rostering software enables us to identify the best suited staff member for your requirements based upon qualifications and experience. Our casual rates are competitive and our database of staff is extensive.

Contract recruitment is an ideal solution to service staffing needs that arise on a locum basis. Short term assignments are for a minimum period of 1 month. Rates are based upon duration and location and are therefore variable. A comprehensive assessment and staffing plan will be prepared and presented to you in conjunction with our rates.

Direct Placement is a cost effective alternative to casual and contract recruitment when you require a more permanent solution to your staffing needs. It costs time, effort and resources to recruit the best candidate for a position. At Global we are committed to reducing the risks involved when hiring staff, so any direct placements that we make are guaranteed for a period of 1 month or we relinquish our fee.
